Important Information

Visitors with SANAD Cards for People of Determination can enjoy complimentary access to the park along with two companions.

For convenient exploration of the park, a super taxi service is available for AED 10 for adults and AED 5 for children per one-way trip.

Given the pleasant weather, we recommend walking as an enjoyable way to experience the park.

Wheelchair service is available upon request for guests who require assistance.

Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and shoes, with shoulders and knees covered.

Respect for the animals and park facilities is paramount. Refrain from feeding or teasing the animals and avoid littering.

For safety reasons, bicycles, pets, scooters, skateboards, balloons, balls, toy guns, and flash photography are not permitted inside the park.

Outside food and beverages, as well as alcoholic drinks, are strictly prohibited.

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Apply sunscreen, wear sunglasses, hats, or caps to protect yourself from sun exposure, and remember to stay hydrated.

Guests have the option to upgrade their entrance ticket to include a Safari journey Package at an additional charge of AED 52.5 for adults and AED 21 for children at the Explorer Village ticket counter (excluding VAT). Please note that upgrades are subject to availability.

The main gate of the Safari park closes for entry at 3:30 PM.

Seating arrangements for all transfers are subject to availability, and our tour manager will accommodate accordingly.

Pick-up and drop-off timings are flexible and may be adjusted based on the trip schedule, traffic conditions, and your location.

Please note that some inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days due to government norms, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30/60 minutes from those listed on the website.

While summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, please bring sweaters or jackets for the winter months. We also recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.

Private transport can be arranged upon request for all tours.

Leaving personal belongings such as media equipment or wallets in our vehicles or tour sites is at your own risk. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for them.

Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles without prior notification, so please inform us when making the reservation.

For water activities, an adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 years.

Please note that alcohol will not be served and there will be no live entertainment on Islamic occasions and national holidays.

Photography of UAE residents, military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.

Littering and smoking in public areas are punishable offenses.

Some tours may require your original passport or Emirates ID, as mentioned in the critical notes. Please ensure you have the necessary documentation to avoid missing the tour.

We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show fees if guests do not arrive on time for pick-up. There will be no refund for partly utilized services.

In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or weather conditions, we will provide alternative options if possible.

If guests do not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange alternative transfers, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
