Global Village Dubai: Everything You Need to Know Before You Go

Global Village is Dubai’s biggest night out. For roughly half the year, more than 90 country pavilions open in one giant park, each selling its own food, crafts and souvenirs, with live music, stunt shows and a funfair running alongside. It feels like a world tour you can finish in one evening.

The best way to do it

Arrive as the sun goes down. The pavilions light up, the floating market boats start serving, and the main stage shows begin. Work your way country by country and eat as you go, because the street food is half the experience. Turkish ice cream, Thai mango sticky rice and Yemeni honey sellers all sit a few minutes apart. Allow at least three hours, and longer if you want the rides at Carnaval.

Good to know

Global Village is seasonal and usually runs from autumn to spring, opening in the late afternoon and closing late at night. Entry tickets are inexpensive and charged per person. The park sits away from the metro lines, so a private transfer saves the taxi queue at closing time. Our Global Village Tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off, or you can pair it with Miracle Garden on the Duo Combo.
