We keep cancellation simple because we do not take advance payment for tour bookings.
Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge at any time before your scheduled pickup time. Just message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the cancellation.
Rescheduling: You can move your tour to another date free of charge, subject to vehicle availability. Message us as early as you can so we can hold your new date.
Entry tickets: If we have purchased attraction entry tickets for you in advance at your request, those ticket amounts follow the attraction’s own refund rules and are usually non-refundable once issued. We will always tell you the ticket total before purchasing.
No-show: If our driver arrives at the agreed pickup point and cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the booking is treated as completed for transfer purposes. Please keep your phone available at pickup time.
